Nasir A. began his career where great agile coaches often do — in the code. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and started out as a Software Engineer, building systems hands-on and learning first-hand how teams succeed, struggle, and deliver. That engineering foundation still shapes how he teaches: grounded in reality, focused on flow, and always respectful of the people doing the work.

As his career grew, so did his perspective. Nasir moved from Software Engineer to Team Lead, Project Manager, and Program Manager, taking on responsibility for larger initiatives, cross-functional teams, and the business outcomes they serve. To pair his technical depth with business acumen, he earned his MBA (Master of Business Administration) — giving him a rare ability to speak fluently with engineers, product leaders, and executives alike.

With more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry and as a coach, Nasir found his calling in helping organizations work better together. Today he serves as an Agile Coach at a leading bank in the USA, where he guides teams and leaders through the realities of scaling agile in a complex, highly regulated enterprise. He has successfully coached 30+ teams at an enterprise level — improving predictability, shortening time-to-market, and building cultures of continuous improvement.

Nasir is a certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) and is licensed by Scaled Agile, Inc. to teach SAFe® courses — so every class uses the official curriculum and leads to the official SAFe® certification exam. He founded Agile Learners Club to share what he's learned beyond any one organization. His classes blend the official SAFe® curriculum with real stories from the field, practical AI techniques you can use on Monday morning, and focused exam preparation. His goal is simple: that every learner leaves not only ready to pass the certification exam, but confident to lead, coach, and deliver value in their role.
